As some of you may know, we had our house and garage roof completely torn off and replaced along with the gutters. We used Hanrahan Construction and while the work is OK, and the job came in on budget, the owner (Michael Hanrahan) was impossible to reach by phone and his employees spoke very little english. This made the process really frustrating for us. Every time there was a question, we had to call the owner because we could not communicate with the workmen. The owner was hardly ever available so this stalled the job. He also misunderstood our issues and sent the wrong people out to fix the wrong things, dragging things on unnecessarily.
It was a disappointment because we chose his company based on the fact the he personally presented the quote to us and his references were decent.
All in all, we would not recommend Hanrahan Construction.
