Historic Preservation Plan - Meeting Tuesday

The Oak Park Historic Preservation Commission continues its community-wide effort to create a 10-year Strategic Historic Preservation Plan to help guide efforts to identify and protect important historic resources throughout the Village of Oak Park. The new plan will replace the 1994 long-range plan. The second community workshop has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, 7:00 p.m. at Hatch School, 1000 N. Ridgeland. My Mess

Hi Everyone,

So sorry for the construction mess in front of my home. I am finally having the front stairs replaced. A warm fall and good salesmanship convinced me that Dec. 4th was not too late. I certainly thought it would be finished by now. Oh well, best laid plans and all...

I also had some interior painting done and ceilings replaced for reasonable prices. Call if you need a referral.

You are just never quite finished when you own a home, are you?

Hi Yall! and help!

looking for computer help. Has anyone taken a good class anywhere? I would love to be my own IT guy without accidentally erasing all my data, programs and drivers at once.

Thanks and happy new year!

Saying Hi, etc.

I like this feature, especially because someone explained it to me and it actually works as explained (hear that, Apple?)

Hi from Mike Janowski and family @ 111 S. Taylor. I hope to have a website ready soon to link to the "neighborlinks" page. In the meantime, I'll sign off with a Christmas morning photo:

Shot by son Alex...aren't kids wonderful? Merry Christmas, everyone!
